If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery
In the event you order the incorrect size and want to exchange, please call 815 467 6464 to begin the process. You will be responsible for the shipping charges of the helmet back to us.
* Exchanges are only accepted if the item is sent back within 30 days.
* You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
* To make an exchange please call 815 467 6464 so we can get you new merchandise right away.
If you wish to exchange for another style helmet, we will gladly accommodate. However, prices do vary, and any price differences will be handled before the item leaves. That includes discounts or more funds if needed.
* Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
* You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Illinois warehouse. Unless we send the wrong item.
* Once your return is received and inspected by RS Helmets (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

* Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact us at 815 467 6464 if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
Return Shipping Options
* For customers in the inner 48 U.S. States, RS Helmets provides the option of printing out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for a fee of $12.99. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
* For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
Helmet Return Packaging
* Helmets must be packed in their original garment bag and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard.
* Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
* Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 15%.
* All RS Helmets are shipped in a brown corrugated box. All Returns must be sent back in a box so that no damage happens to the products packaging. If pieces are missing or items are damaged the items will be sent back and no refund will be applied.
